COVID-19 Best practices for those working on site at the nursery. (Guidelines specific to landscaping crew are in addition to this.)

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Stay home if you are sick. Consult the Return-to-Work Policy dated 7/14/2020 to determine when you should return to work.
Wear a mask when within six feet of co-workers, customers, or client.
WHILE ON SITE AT THE NURSERY
Where a face mask when interacting with any customer.
Always maintain a safe distance of 6 feet from co-workers and customers.
The following areas/items are to be used by only the person designated, to minimize possible spread of the virus between staff members.
Phone and Laptop near the phone – Brian
PC in back of office – Ari, Brandon, Toni, Louise.
Disinfect keyboard and mouse before and after each use. Note disinfecting on the sheet.
Laptop set up for label printing, label printer and associated items – Brandon/Toni/Ginny. Disinfect keyboard between uses.
Greenhouse –Brandon, Toni, Louise, Sue. Wherever possible only one person at a time in the Greenhouse.
- Lunchroom
Only two people in lunch room at a time. Sit six feet from each other. Wipe table down before and after use.
Bring your own silverware and mugs and take it home with you. We will not be washing commonly used mugs and silverware.
Wipe down refrigerator handles, microwave, and any other items before and after use.

- Port-a-potty
Nursery staff will be disinfecting the public unit daily. There is a unit for employees. please disinfect before and after use.
- Wagons and Push Carts
Wagon handles will be disinfected between customer use. If you use a disinfected wagon, please clean it and return it to the area for disinfected wagons.
WHILE WORKING AT THE NURSERY
Wash your hands regularly. Use soap and water, lather for 20 seconds and then rinse.
The following areas should be disinfected at the end of each day.

- Counter and cash register area
- light switches, high touch areas such as printer buttons, etc
- Doorknob to main office, both sides
- Doorknobs — all sets in the lunch room – leading to potting area and leading to the small office.
- Refrigerator handles
- Water dispensing handles on the coolers
- Port – a potty
- Greenhouse Door Handles both ends, both sides
