Edge Of The Woods Native Plant Nursery, LLC

Specializing in plants native to mid-Atlantic ecosystem

June 19, 2023

We Are Always Potting Up New Crops!

We grow many of our crops from seed or from small starter plants from reputable wholesalers.  None of our suppliers use “neo-nics”, nor do we.  All our plants are safe for visiting pollinators.  To see our full list of plants available, click here.  We are a walk-in retail nursery, and do not ship plants.

We do all our growing outside. and continue to grow and pot new crops all season.  New crops will be ready each week!  If we don’t have what you are looking for this week, check back in a few weeks.  We pot all season long adding new species.   Stop in to see what is new. Listed below are some of the new crops released this week.

Some species are in limited quantities.  We are open from 9 to 4 for shopping, Monday-Saturday.  Last checkout is at 4 pm.  We are closed on Sundays.  We will be closed Tuesday July 4 and Wednesday August 16.

Our blog posts are a good source of information about native plants, as are our Facebook posts.  For databases and plant lists to help you select plants, visit  https://edgeofthewoodsnursery.com/our-plants-for-pollinators/plant-lists.

We hope to see you in the nursery soon!
