We cannot guarantee survival of plants in your landscape.
Proper site selection is critical to the survival of native plants. We have no control over the care or watering once the plant leaves our hands.
An improperly placed plant will not survive. Our detailed signage provides information on the conditions needed for your plant to thrive, and our staff can answer any questions.
If your plant begins to fail, we can provide advice on possible remedies. If you have concerns, we are happy to answer questions.
Occasionally there is an issue that affects an entire crop here at the nursery, and we may have released a plant for sale before we are aware of the issue. So if you see a problem, please check in with us. If we see a problem affecting an entire crop, we do refund the purchase price. Please save your receipt.
We do guarantee that our plants are free of pests and disease and are true to name. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
