2023 Edge of the Woods Photo Contest
Let Your Colors Shine!
We all know that native plants thrive in the summer. Show us all the colors of your summer garden! Send in your photos – photos that show colorful insects! Photos that show colorful blossoms! Photos that show colorful butterflies! Photos that show COLOR!
We will award a People’s Choice Award and a Staff Pick Award, as well as a runner-up in each category. Winners will receive a $100 gift card for the nursery, Runners-Up will receive a $75 gift card.
People’s Choice Award will be based on the total number of votes for each photo. One vote per person per day. Voting will begin July 31.
This is for photographers of any ability. The goal is to have FUN! Submitted photos must follow these guidelines:
- Native plants must be featured
- Non-native plants may be included if in background
- No invasive plants in the photo
- Photos must be submitted by 5 pm July 30.
- Voting begins July 31
Photos will be reviewed after upload and before we add them to the website. Your photo may be used on social media and other promotions after the contest. Keep your eye out for it!
