We offer insect and plant health monitoring.  Some insects that may concern land owners are Viburnum Leaf Beetle, Hemlock Wooly Adelgid, Ash Borer, and other pests.  We utilize best practices and IPM.

Identification

Proper identification of any insect and its life cycle is a critical first step.  Many beneficial insects will munch on the leaves of your plants without harming the plant.  Edge of the Woods can help you learn which insects are harmful and which are part of a healthy diverse ecosystem.

We use the resources of scientifically based organizations like Penn State Extension and others.  We provide services to help minimize the impact of these populations on the landscape.
