Our staff looks forward to working with you this year. All staff receive regular update training on current horticultural practices and bring their best to every job they do.
Horticultural Services
- Hourly services (maintenance) – $61.00 an hour per staff member
- Hourly services (installation) – $70.00 an hour per staff member
- Deer and rabbit repellents – $35.00 per application
- Debris – Cost to remove debris depends on the amount

Request for Maintenance Only
- Visit to the property by Edge of the Woods staff member
- Discussion of goals for the property and the maintenance request
- Edge of the Woods will clarify the desired outcome
- Discuss schedule for work
- No fee for initial visit to property
- Estimate for work will be given
Consultation at Client Property
- Visit to the property by Edge of the Woods staff member
- Client looking for information about existing landscape and recommendations
- Client will complete any desired work
- EOTW will share a suggested native plant list during visit
- Personal tour of the nursery to see plants
- Fee (no design) – $225.00
- Fee (with design*) – $350.00
*Design can be used for the “DIY”er or EOTW installation. See below for more info.
Consultation in the Nursery (click here for more info)
- Client visits nursery for an appointment
- Photos and measurements may be requested in advance
- Approxamately 2 hour consultation by appointment only
- Plant suggestions provided
- Design can be provided for an additional fee
- Fee – $200.00
Installation without Design
- Client desires new garden installation
- No design requested (paper sketch by EOTW staff for estimate only)
- Personal tour of nursery to see plants suggested for installation
- Consultation Fee – $250.00 due at the time of the initial visit

- Estimate will be given and will depend on the desired plant installation after visit
Installation with Design
- Client desires a design for the project
- Plant list provided
- Personal tour of the nursery to see suggested plants
- Revision of design meeting at nursery or property
- The design will be yours to keep whether or not we install
- Consultation/Design Fee – $350.00 due at the time of the initial visit (1200 square feet or less)
- Consultation/Design Fee – contact us for rates over 1200 square feet

- An estimate for planting and installing the project will be given when the plan is finalized
- A deposit will be required before the start of the project
Design for the DIYer
- Visit to property
- Design for the client to install
- Plant list
- Personal tour of the nursery
- Nursery visit to revise the plan if necessary
- Garden under 1200 square feet – $250.00
- Garden over 1200 square feet – $350.00
Pruning Training Sessions
- Learn how to prune without shearing
- Learn about plant health during the pruning process
- When is the right time to prune
- $295.00 for 2 hour training
Plant Replacement Policy – Installation Guarantee: Plants installed by EOTW are guaranteed for up to one year. A one time replacement is covered for plants initially discussed and advised by EOTW. Plants will be replaced at 50% of plant cost if decline is due to improper watering or animal damage while following recommendations for deterrence. We do not offer replacements for plants that are damaged by lawn maintenance, inappropriate landscape management, herbicide injury, or animal damage caused when a client declines to protect plants as recommended by EOTW. There is no guarantee for plant purchases a customer has placed and installed themselves.
