Plant Replacement Policy

Plants installed by EOTW are guaranteed for up to one year. A one time replacement is covered for plants initially discussed and advised by EOTW.

• Plants will be replaced at 50% of plant cost if decline is due to improper watering or animal damage, while following recommendations for deterrence.
• We do not offer replacements for plants that are damaged by lawn maintenance, inappropriate landscape management, herbicide injury, or animal damage caused when a client declines to protect plants as recommended by EOTW.
• There is no guarantee for plant purchases a customer has placed and installed themselves.

We reserve the right to substitute a different species if we determine the failure was due to improper plant selection on our part.
